I already bought the expansion, but have not loaded it yet. This update is targeted at Intel’s Graphics Driver for 3rd Generation Intel Core Processors with Intel HD graphics and select Pentium / Celeron Processors with Intel HD Graphics supporting Microsoft Windows 8.1, 8, and 7 operating systems. It was very similar to the big defense at the end of Saving Private Ryan. I killed quite a bit more than 200 enemy. This image is when I lost the first point. I only lost one point which I was in the process of recapturing when "Victory" was declared. When the emergency rescue friendly tank column arrived, the battle was really already over. In fact when the timer ran out of time and the enemy initiated the battle, they got butchered and made about 10 feet of progress in the first 10 minutes. It was brutal fighting and not one enemy was able to cross the bridge. Wire was used to direct movement and deny access.

I analyzed the avenues of approach, occupied standing buildings, and decided to defend forward with the goal of defending three bridges. Moved into a lightly defended area, removed the opposition and then had 15 minutes on the timer to prepare a defense. I liked the demo, and if the full game is anything like that, I will probably like it too. After a few long minutes the backup arrived in the form of tanks, but that didn't make it an insta-win for me.

The other one was the Normandy landing level and the other one was in a city where I had to defend against German (I think) infantry and tanks. Still, I managed to beat both demo levels. As far as I remember, the demo didn't include a manual, which would have helped a bit. It was pretty hectic and not much made sense to me, but it was probably caused by the fact that I've never played a real-time strategy game before.

I tried the demo of CoH previously this year. Congratulations for the second place!Īdditional information: it was the "Modern Warfare" mod to the game World in Conflict that Spartan is working on. It seems to be a really good mod, and Spartan0536 has worked on it. It was voted to be the second best upcoming mod of the year 2011. There is a mod for it called Modern Combat. As of now, the game hasn't arrived at least here. And that gift was a copy of Company of Heroes on PC! On this thread we could talk about it, share our strategies and help each other out to get started. I noticed that we don't have a thread about CoH yet, so I made one.Ībout a week ago some lucky Spartans (me included) were given a surprise free gift, if they showed up at the meeting.
